(28 oz cans. Drained. Save 1 1/2 cups juice.)

cooked ham
(Finely chopped)

cooked corned beef
(Ground)

ground pork sausage

(Sifted.)

dry mustard

Batter

flour

(Scrambled.)

Preparation

Fry pork sausage until cooked.

Add remaining meats. Blend well and cook until hot.

Add flour, mustard and salt. Mix well. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add sauerkraut and blend well.

Remove from heat. Cool and press into shallow dish. Refrigerate overnight.

Prepare BatterMix flour and eggs. Thoroughly mix. Add water until mixture is a batter consistency.

Make BallsRoll meat mixture into 1 inch balls.

Dip in batter and roll in bread crumbs.

Deep fry for 3 - 4 minutes.
