Preparation

Fry pork sausage until cooked.

Add remaining meats. Blend well and cook until hot.

Add flour, mustard and salt. Mix well. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add sauerkraut and blend well.

Remove from heat. Cool and press into shallow dish. Refrigerate overnight.
Cooking

Prepare Batter
Mix flour and eggs. Thoroughly mix. Add water until mixture is a batter consistency. -
Make Balls
Roll meat mixture into 1 inch balls. -
Dip in batter and roll in bread crumbs.

Deep fry for 3 - 4 minutes.

Remove from oil, drain and serve.
