Description

A spread made from chicken liver or pork liver (Braunschweiger) sausage. Great on crackers.

Ingredients

Cooking Mode Disabled

Instructions

  1. In large bowl combine all ingredients except cream cheese and milk. Mix until thoroughly blended.

  1. Mold into a ball. Place on plate.

  1. In small bowl place cream cheese. Gradually add milk and mix until the consistency of cake frosting.

  1. Coat ball evenly with cheese. Place in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve.
