Beat lemon juice and condensed milk in large mixing bowl.

Add pineapple and pie filling. Blend thoroughly.

Add Cool Whip and blend thoroughly.

Spread evenly in 13x9 pan. Freeze overnight.
Serve

Remove from freezer and let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes.

Slice and serve on a bed of lettuce.
